A range of educational classes and training is offered including parenting, GED preparation, ESL (English as a Second Language certification training, and nutritional/exercise resources.
Through partnership with Families & Literacy, Light on the Hill offers the community GED and ESL classes. At LOTH we also assist individuals and families in achieving health and wellness through self-empowerment and access to healthcare resource information. We offer connections to resources through our Wesley Nurse, licensed counselors and social workers. Our program includes exercise classes, parenting classes, healthy eating and cooking classes, along with Mobile Dental Clinics, Mobile Mammograms, Flu Shot Clinics, and eye exams. |
